Courses:


Long course (approx. 182 km)



  • orienteering / adventure running: 5,5 km / 36 km

  • MTB: 113,5 km

  • cross-country skiing: 20,5 km

  • skating: 6,5 km

  • special tasks: rope task (angular ascent) & surprise-task

Short course (approx. 121 km)



  • orienteering / adventure running: 5,5 km / 28 km

  • MTB: 67 km

  • cross-county skiing: 16 km

  • skating: 4,5 km

  • special tasks: rope task (rope bridge) & surprise-task

 



  • Attentionskating section (on the frozen lake) competitors may covet on foot

Friday (5th February 2010)
12.00-20.00 - registration
20.00 - briefing for competitors
19.00-21.00 - completing equipment for transition areas
21.15 - Start of the opening ceremony (Olsztynek, Marketplace)
21.30 - foto session
22.00 - start of the Raid


Saturday (6th February 2010)
12.00-14.00 - winners expected (short course)
16.00-18.00 - winners expected (long course)


Sunday (7th February 2010)
10.00-11.00 - closing ceremony
12.00 - the end of the race
12.00-14.00 - check out of the teams, leaving event center
